Make up your mind and just do it!
When I applied to UCLA's Television and Film department in The Professional Program, I took a chance and that chance became a reality! After my audition and final interview I just thought, "if it is meant to be, it will happen!" And it did! I was accepted into the program! After almost a year of professional training, career development and advice from professional quests in the industry; I am thrilled to announce that I have COMPLETED AND RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE FROM UCLA'S FILM AND TELEVISION DEPARTMENT IN THE PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM ACTING FOR THE CAMERA! My dad would be so proud! I thank all my teachers and their quests along with the staff for making my journey a memorable one!
It's amazing what can happen in 48 hours!
The Love International Film Festival Raised Awareness
On Saturday July 22, 2017, the red carpet rolled out to be graced by creators, filmmakers, directors, producers, casting directors and legends in the business! It was a fun night to get dressed up and to celebrate the Final Day of The Love International Film Festival! The cause was never forgotten and everyone was excited to raise awareness to underprivileged children who may not know The Arts. I enjoyed volunteering for the film festival in order to to help The Lotus Light Children Charity.
Family, Friends & Associates,
The Love International Film Festival (LIFF) will take place in the Los Angeles area from 18-22 July 2017; visit to purchase your tickets now. All proceeds from this festival goes to ‘The Lotus Light Children Charity. The Love International Film Festival was co-founded by Ata Servati, a spiritual prize winning poet/writer/actor/director and film maker. All proceeds from the film festival are given to The Lotus Light Children's Charity (TLLCC) whose mission is "to build a league of empowered, educated, proactive individuals who will have the necessary resources to be able to reach out to impoverished children throughout the world. Through the healing and self-expressive nature of the Arts, we hope to inspire children with an abundance of positivity and provide them an outlet. As an outcome, we expect that children will learn that there are alternate ways to solve problems other than picking up a gun or going to war.” Visit www.tllcc.net to learn more.
